Arnold Town FC have planning consent from Gedling Borough Council to hire the Eagle Valley function room to professional organisations. Current clients include Nottinghamshire County Council, Nottinghamshire NHS, Nottinghamshire PCT, Pre School Learning Alliance, Nottingham Trent University, Castle College…
The Eagle Valley function room is ideally situated within a central Nottingham location. The venue can boast a large car parking facility, which includes designated disabled parking bays. The car park is also covered by CCTV cameras.
The function room has a capacity within region of one hundred and fifty. However, the room can be adapted easily to meet the requirements of both large and small gatherings. The ‘L’ shaped layout of the room enables guests to adapt the room to meet their specific requirements.
The function room is available with a fully functional, custom designed bar area, a contemporary kitchen also available to meet most culinary requirements. Conference bookings will have exclusive use an overhead projector, which is compatible with laptop computers. Furthermore, the projector screen is an extra large twelve feet screen to ensure it can viewed from all aspects of the venue. Conference bookings also have the opportunity to utilise, a wifi connection, wireless presenter pointer and a flip pad stand and paper.

The venue is also available with male, female and disabled toilet facilities.
